Fitness 19 is growing and we're looking for energetic, creative and passionate fit-fluential sales professionals to join our team! We are currently hiring fitness industry professionals for our Membership Sales Counselor position.  

We also have Management opportunities available at this time.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE: Strongly driven to produce sales with the ability and desire to generate outside leads. Comfortable pursuing leads both internally and externally. Able to meet or exceed monthly personal production and club goals.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR THOSE WHO: Reach monthly membership/ EFT total unit goal on a consistent monthly basis. Review monthly marketing plans and implementation. Perform several walk-throughs of the club per day, assuring and participating in the club cleanliness. Execute club and departmental policies through effective club communication systems. Communicate with management proactively on all matters relative to club operations, staff, and members. Resolve member issues using effective customer service skills. Participate in club and community events as needed. Accountable for club profit, member retention, member growth, member satisfaction, and employee motivation.
