CUSTOMER SERVICE FULFILLMENT

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who works well in a team environment. They will ensure that completed labels are accurate and prepared according to applicable fulfillment guidelines. A successful fulfillment team member is analytical, well-organized, excels in communication, and demonstrates strong time management and problem-solving skills. The goal is to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with our Nutrition Consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using software to track, review, prioritize, and route orders

• Working with Nutrition Consultants to troubleshoot shipping related concerns

•Inspecting and reviewing shipping labels daily

• Collaborating with warehouse, third party logistics, and other department team members to optimize processes and find solutions to common challenges

• Reporting to management on activities and issues

• Manage e-commerce orders effectively and trouble shoot system errors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work weekends

• Problem-solving abilities

• Time-management abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks successfully
