Job Description

The Team Member is responsible for ensuring that children and their parents have a safe and enjoyable experience at our facility, which includes but is not limited to overseeing the playground equipment, enforcing safety and cleanliness rules, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers to the facility * Monitor children as they play to ensure safety and cleanliness * Enforce playground rules and address any behavior issues that arise * Clean and maintain the play equipment and facility to ensure it is safe and clean * Provide information to customers about the indoor playground's features and services * Assist with parties and events, including set up and clean up * Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system * Ensure electronic waivers are properly completed by customers prior to admission * Perform other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience working with children is preferred * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication skills: interacting with customers in person and over the phone * Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds * Ability to multitask * Exceptional time management when completing regular, daily tasks * Professional presentation and friendly attitude * Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends Working Conditions: The Team Member will work primarily indoors and will be exposed to a busy and active environment, involving children. They will be required to stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift and move equipment/supplies. They will work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, on a part-time basis.
