Job Description: Our organization is seeking a motivated and experienced Child Care Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to families who are seeking enrollment in our child care programs. The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for guiding families through the enrollment process and providing ongoing support to ensure their child's success in our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries from families interested in enrolling their child in our child care programs
• Conducting phone and in-person consultations to explain our programs, answer questions, and provide guidance to families throughout the enrollment process
• Collecting and reviewing enrollment documentation, including enrollment forms, immunization records, and other required documents
• Coordinating with our programs' directors to ensure that all enrollment requirements are met and that families are informed of any additional information needed
• Following up with families to ensure that all necessary documentation has been received and that their child's enrollment is complete
• Providing ongoing support to families throughout their child's enrollment in our programs, addressing any questions or concerns that arise
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of enrollment and attendance in our programs
• Participating in community outreach events to promote our child care programs and connect with families in the community

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a child care enrollment or sales related role

Knowledge of child care licensing and enrollment regulations

Strong communication and customer service skills

Energetic and flexible

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer applications

Must pass background check

Must have reliable transportation
