We are a vibrant growing company looking to add members to our unique, fun family. Just LED and Lights is a lighting distributor and high-end showroom, located in the heart of beautiful Santa Barbara, partnering with ILLUM Lighting Design to complete the most stunning projects across the nation. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to help oversee all work orders including design projects and showroom sales. We are a family owned business going on 17 years of success and have recently relocated our offices and warehouse to downtown Santa Barbara. Here are key areas of responsibility: * Ensure all work orders are flowing with no delay. * Communicate with the Purchasing and Accounting Departments to make sure all work orders are executed on time. * Run different types of reports for management (Estimates Generated, Revenue, Sales Close Percentage, Etc). * Help resolve shipping, product or lead time issues with the client. * Follow up with clients after they have received or installed the product. * Negotiate better prices on certain orders with vendors. Skill Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Proficient with basic computer programs like Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel. * Ability to lead your team and encourage them to reach their monthly and quarterly targets.
