What sets Justin Udy Team apart from the rest? • Effective one-on-one mentoring • Proven 30-day fast start training program will get you connected with people immediately • Century 21 training twice weekly • New agent orientation • An average of 50+ leads per month • Full access to the industry’s top technology • Organized willingness to learn scripts and dialogues • Proven systems • Agent support • Full supporting staff including Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and In-House Marketing • Weekly huddles to go over goals, accomplishments, and lessons learned • Continuing education Responsibilities: • To fulfill this role as a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will need to be self-driven and perform well under pressure • Follow-up with leads to increase sales immediately • Execute a lead generation lever weekly • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and face-to-face conversations to enhance your sales • Secure new clients by following up and attending appointments • Consult with clients in order to discover their goals; then find properties that meet those needs • Respond to client's calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner • Arrange showings and introduce clients to their local real estate market • Guide buyer clients through the home purchase process • Impeccable communication with clients • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Interact and communicate with team members daily • Working in your sphere of influence • Comfortable putting yourself out there and talking to people about real estate • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Qualifications: • CURRENT UTAH REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED OR ACTIVELY PURSUING • Proven track record of sales • Customer service and/or sales background preferred • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology-driven • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills • Reliable transportation • People-oriented • Positive outlook • Real Estate Agents need a loyal client roster in order to be effective, so strong customer service is essential • Customer-focused attitude • Team player • Willingness to learn and grow as the market changes Benefits: • Compensation for Real Estate Agents is commission-based • This means that the more inventory you move, the more income you will generate for yourself Compensation: $60,000 - $125,000 Annually
