    Are you a persuasive conversationalist who enjoys meeting new people? Our growing real estate team in Midvale, UT is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent Leader to join our team! As an ISA Leader, you will be the first point of contact for clients, representatives of the team, and our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for, connect with, and acquire new leads through inbound and outbound sources. You will also obtain relevant information regarding potential buyers and sellers, schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing/Buyer Specialists, and receive payment for your hard work. In addition, you'll be working closely with other team members to reduce customer concerns and help home buyers/sellers attain their goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about success, loves working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximize efficiency. Responsibilities: • Monitor and follow progress in order to create achievable objectives • Respond to customer inquiries from buyers and sellers • Promptly address all new leads and contact information • Record customer details in a customer relationship management software and route leads to applicable sales agents • Clearly describe and explain the benefits of Justin Udy and Team to potential buyers and sellers • Eagerly seek out and pursue potential business opportunities • Accomplish day-to-day goals • Maintain conversation with multiple people • Researching and discovering potential clients in the areas served by the real estate team • Exceed targets for response time, setting appointments, and generating revenue • Screen incoming inquiries for appropriate appointment scheduling with field agents • Nurture incoming sales leads and turn them into opportunities • Utilize scripts to communicate the team value proposition and objection handling • Accurately assess customers' motivation, competition, and financials for real estate agents • Stay in contact with prospects through various channels of communication to produce qualified real estate leads • Constantly look for available inventory and changes in the market Qualifications: • Must possess a valid Utah Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one • Possessing strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities • Experienced in utilizing CRM (customer relationship management) software • Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Highly motivated and loves accountability • Dedicated to building up a customer base and providing a high level of service • Ability to quickly learn and retain scripts • Highly articulate and articulate • Seeking an opportunity that offers more than just a weekly salary • Enthusiastic about sales • Possessing outstanding people skills • Self-motivated and independent • Possessing a decisive and proactive attitude • Capable of communicating effectively, both orally and written • Possessing outstanding phone skills with the capability to set and close appointments over the phone • Proficient in using and learning real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ready to work with a close-knit team that has a direct impact on success • Positive, enthusiastic and solution-oriented • Demonstrates the highest level of integrity when dealing with others • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Committed to providing quality customer service and helping customers Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000
