Job Description

A JustinBradley client is seeking a DEVELOPMENT RESEARCHER to be responsible for utilizing strong internet and phone-based research for seeking out and identifying new talent, interesting subcultures, groundbreaking stories, and disruptive technologies for potential programming. This role will require significant amounts of internet, magazine, and phone-based research.

A WELL-QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelor’s degree on Communications and/or Media Production
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant research experience.
• A strong background in research, casting, and/or production.
• A solid understanding of the unscripted television landscape.
• Must be self-starters who can take direction well, work independently, and approach problems creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• must have a basic understanding of editing software and creating presentations.
• Experience using KeyNote, PowerPoint and good dditing skills a must.
