    About Us: Phoenix is a dedicated 24-hour residential care facility providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for male youth ages 6-17 who are facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.     Position Overview:

    The Program Director-Licensed Child Care Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, operations, and management of services. The Program Director will assess, coordinate, and monitor the Phoenix Residential childcare program. In addition, he/she oversees the entire staff and ensures the daily care and treatment of the children align with the Program and Treatment goals. The Program Director directly supervises the Treatment Director, Direct Care Manager(s), and Case Manager and is responsible for the overall operations of the program. Meets daily with direct care leadership staff and provides on-going training and staff development. Works under direct supervision of the Board of Directors with a wide latitude of discretion and independent judgment.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree Required

    7+ years Experience working with youth in a residential care setting or behavioral setting, preferred

    Must have LCCA Administrator License or ability to obtain license within 60 days

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to handle challenging behavior in a calm, patient, and respectful manner

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
