    Juvo helps individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their highest potential by working collaboratively with families, schools, and clinicians. Our treatment approach is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on individualized programs, focusing on each person's strengths and challenges. Each Individual program shares the common goal of teaching individuals the tools necessary to obtain a better quality of life and to lead a more independent life. 

    Using the very latest and most widely accepted teaching and therapeutic methodologies, Juvo aspires to help each individual with autism and other developmental disabilities fulfill his or her maximum potential. We provide a full complement of services in homes, schools, and communities throughout the Sacramento area. 

    SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RECRUITER: 

    • Understands and has full knowledge of requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for all assigned vacant position(s).       
    •  Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in assigned areas. 
    •  Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers      
    •  Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether an offer can be made; collects feedback when an offer is unsuccessful. 
    •  Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process. Ensures that candidate is progressing through onboarding requirements.      
    •  Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities, as assigned. 
    •  Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. 
    •  Performs other duties as assigned

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES): 

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Masters degree preferred. 
    • At least 2 years of Recruiting experience required, Healthcare recruiting experience preferred. 
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. 
    • Understanding of federal, state, and local hiring and employment laws.
