    Juvo helps individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their highest potential by working collaboratively with families, schools, and clinicians. Our treatment approach is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on individualized programs, focusing on each person's strengths and challenges. Each Individual program shares the common goal of teaching individuals the tools necessary to obtain a better quality of life and to lead a more independent life.  

    Using the very latest and most widely accepted teaching and therapeutic methodologies, Juvo aspires to help each individual with autism and other developmental disabilities fulfill his or her maximum potential. We provide a full complement of services in homes, schools and communities throughout the Sacramento area.  

    SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PROGRAM SUPERVISOR:   

    • Provide all consultation, support and supervision in a professional manner.      
    • Supervise the implementation of behavior programs for clients with fidelity.      
    • Train and support the Behavior Therapist to collect and graph data daily for each program. Overlap and train Behavior Therapists in all essential job duties.      
    • Provide initial and ongoing performance feedback to Behavior Therapists.      
    • Create program materials as directed by clients’ Clinical Directors.      
    • Communicate any questions regarding programs to clients’ Clinical Directors.      
    • Communicate any parent or family concerns to clients’ Clinical Directors.      
    • Train clients’ parents in the implementation of the behavior plan or skill acquisition programs as directed by the clients’ Clinical Directors.      
    • Provide direct observation and feedback regarding staff performance.      
    • Monitor client progress and documents when available.

      

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):   

    • Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred) from an accredited College or university in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education / development, early childhood special education, special education, pediatric therapy, psychology or related field.      
    •  Must meet one of the following experience requirements: a) a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Behavior Technician, b) 2 years of related professional experience providing behavioral services/programs to people with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting, or c) 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician and a minimum of 12 graduate level semester units in applied behavior analysis, required.   
    •  Currently Pursuing BCBA certification and MA degree, preferred.
