SUMMARY: Oversees the managing of administrative processes and in maintaining the highest level of client services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ●Welcomes clients upon arrival to the Center ●Engages in Communication with members in-person, by phone, by text, and thru email ●Manages member scheduling and ensures the highest level of communication and care ●Processes transactions for services purchased thought internet-based technologies ●Manages inventory and center supplies ●Documents details regarding the member’s experience/s and when needed shares with staff and management ●Communication with Center Specialist’s on ●Collaborates with other divisions / departments to effectively manage members scheduling ●Works closely with the other Jyzen Experience departments to ensure that client / patient care and the customer journey is implemented to excellence SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ●Excellent in building rapport and creating a positive experience ●Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to speak in a variety of group settings ●Excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to empathize and manage a given crisis and / or communication challenge ●Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to assess context, interpret messages, and express clarity through words and actions ●Excellent leadership skills and the ability to direct, motivate and inspire staff towards optimal performance ●Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work within various team dynamics and accomplish specific outcome ●Excellent organization and project management skills and the ability to organize, strategize, and actualize a vision, task, or idea to completion ●Excellent time management skills AVAILABILITY / NEEDS: ●Must be able to perform the necessary duties required of the position ●Must be able to work at different times during the day ●Must be able to maintain a positive outlook and facilitate positivity in the workplace ●Must have a growth mindset and is willing to learn & experience new things ●Must be a team player that is committed to working within a team dynamic ●Must be committed to living and modeling healthy living ●Must be a self-starter that is willing to take action and own the job responsibilities ●Must have a strong work ethic, a of high level of integrity and commitment QUALIFICATIONS / CREDENTIALS: ●CPR/AED certification ●An Associates, Bachelors or master’s degree. ●Degree in related field/s (exercise science, physical education, kinesiology, business management) is a plus EXPERIENCE: ●Customer Service experience (in a receptionist type role is preferred) ●Previous experience in Physical Therapy or Medical Facilities is a plus ●Basic sales experience and / or is willing to learn how to share about continued service options ●Competency with word processing / spreadsheet technologies and computer / app-based documentation processes ●Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and day to day operations of a health-related facility ●Previous Management experience ●Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ●Extremely organized and detail oriented ●Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions ●Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively BENEFITS ●Health Insurance ●Dental/Vision Insurance ●Paid Time Off ●Discounted Rates for Products and Services ●Flexible Schedule ●Free Parking
