    POSITION OBJECTIVE

    Serves as primary contact and is responsible for managing all application and enrollment data for assigned partner schools.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all application and enrollment data for assigned partner institutions by working with admissions officers from the partner school. Acts as the link between the partner school internal admissions team and the cohort team at KTA. Creates and maintains accurate reports on application and enrollment data for internal and external use.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:­

    • Works in partnership and is the key liaison with the admissions office at assigned partner schools for all off-campus applicant file and enrollment information. Participates in weekly call with admissions representative to review, reconcile and resolve discrepancies with application/enrollment data.  Helps identify and address any processing issues and makes suggestions for process improvements. Ensures open communication and collaboration with admissions office representatives and the KTA teams for each assigned partner school.
    • Responsible for managing all application and enrollment data for assigned partner schools. Oversees and is accountable for all data entry, electronic data transfer and data integrity as it relates to applicant file completion information. Ensures proficiency in file transfer of online application data and documents into KTA data system. Receives and reconciles electronic data report, twice weekly, from assigned schools detailing all application/enrollment materials received and tracked at partner school.
    • Ensures data is up to date in CRM system (Salesforce) to support cohort team members’ ability to serve applicants through the admission process. Works with cohort teams to understand and support data needs.
    • Creates and maintains reports to track enrollment growth for assigned schools.
    • Recognizes customized needs at each partner school and take those into account when planning, establishing and managing data exchange and processing procedures.
    • Participates in other projects and initiatives in support of the Enrollment/Applications Department.
    • Communicates potential processing issues or concerns that may impact enrollment to the Cohort Team Leader, Director, and AVP - Student and Enrollment Services.

     

    WHO IS RIGHT FOR THE JOB: 

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows; Salesforce database experience a plus;
    • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
    • Ability to handle high volume and work under tight deadlines with a positive disposition
    • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
    • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
