The K-12 Teachers Alliance, located in Frankfort, is looking for an Operations Coordinator. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of K-12 teachers, principals and the children they serve. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create flyers/PDF's
• Organizing, printing, and shipping flyers and letters for all assigned partner universities
• Running reports, modifying and mail merging spreadsheets, and maintaining/creating contacts in Salesforce

WHO’S RIGHT FOR THE JOB:

• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Knowledge of InDesign, Outlook, Salesforce, and/or Fed Ex Software
• Great organization skills and attention to detail
• Great proofreading and computer skills
