We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for working with our technical team and helping our customers by providing product and service information to help resolve technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and schedule sales meetings
- Provide technical information about our products and services
- Provide Sales and Service Quotes for computer hardware and software solutions
- Document and update customer records based on interactions and sales
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post High School Education
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
