K&A Appliance has been family owned since 1976. Buying predominately new, but scratch and dent appliances from various manufacturers & selling them on both wholesale & retail levels, K&A continues to experience growth & success in the scratch & dent appliance industry.

Education, Skills, Requirements and Preferences:

Proven experience working in the Marketing field.

A thorough understanding of diverse marketing processes and strategic development.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field is preferred.

Be organized and have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in the use of all standard business software, databases and information systems.

A good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.

A positive attitude and can handle a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, etc... would be beneficial.

Experience managing social media posts to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

Must have a valid PA driver's license.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide input regarding potential marketing campaigns.

Assure consistency in promotions, advertising outlets, information on company’s web-site, & what is displayed in each showroom.

Manage the frequency, quality & flow of postings to social media outlets, and assure continuity of all posts.

Develop & implement marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic into our retail locations, as well as track the effectiveness of each campaign.

Monitor company’s online presence & reputation keeping it current & responsive.

Working with our contacts to utilize marketing offerings available to us through our support & sponsorship of the Lancaster Barnstormers.

Additional responsibilities will be expected.

Compensation:

Pay rate to be negotiated based on candidate’s experience, skill-set & willing-ness to manage multiple areas of responsibility.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate with extensive experience, in the company's efforts to increase exposure to the local community & drive foot traffic to our retail locations.
