Job Description
Commission: Probation Period: The Sales Rep will be paid a 3% commission for 3 months. During that probationary period, they must close 300,00 in revenue. The contract must be signed and the deposit paid to be considered closed. Once the quota is hit they will then be paid a salary of $5000 a month plus a 3% commission. As long as 300k is maintained quarterly.
Job Summary: The Sales Representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skill to continually meet or exceed sales targets. Facilitate all of the marketing efforts to vendors and potential prospects to build and strengthen relationships for K and B Communications. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel to service areas to represent the company and meet face-to-face with potential customers • K&B will not provide the sales representative with leads • Understand the construction industry • Build strong and successful relationships with customers, vendors, and prospects • Maintain communication throughout projects • Follow-up on bids to gain insight into lost bids • Maintain a professional company image at all times • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance • Maintain accurate records of leads and bids in CRM application 702-952-2711 info@kandbcom.com www.kandbcom.com Experience, Education, and Qualifications: ∙ Strong customer service ∙ Great persuasive and negotiation skills ∙ Comfortable dealing with technology and software ∙ Able to travel locally as required by the job ∙ Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time ∙ Proficiency in Microsoft office Job Goals: ● The sales representative will be responsible for bringing in 300,000 in revenue per quarter. Or 1.2 Million in a calendar year.
