    We are looking for a responsible person to perform a variety of tasks at our Home Office located in Gold River, CA. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral communication skills, able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, a successful Support Specialist will assist in fall facets of our sales process; from dispatching of leads to processing loan applications to assist with our customers.  A background or knowledge of loans and/or processing is a desirable!

    The ability to work a flexible schedule with some Saturday’s each month is necessary.

    Must be able to pass background check upon offer of employment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Data entry and review of prospect information into CRM

    ·         Create and review daily and monthly reports

    ·         Answer multi-line phones and direct the calls accordingly

    ·         Dispatch of lead information and support in directions as necessary

    ·         Receive and process loan applications with the ability to choose the right loan product based on company and customer needs

    ·         Liaise with Sales Management and sales force to maximize lead distribution

     

    SKILLS

    ·         Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

    ·         Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

    ·         Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    ·         Attention to detail and problem solving skills

    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    ·         High School degree; additional background in home improvement a plus
