Production Planner K-Flex USA 21 reviews - Youngsville, NC 27596 GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Planner plans and implements work for the facility, ensuring parts or materials and manpower are available to meet production needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Must enforce all safety and housekeeping policies at all times. * Must be a professional at all times when dealing with K-Flex USA associates, internal or external customers and suppliers. * Plans and manages production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilizes the companys productive capacity. * Responsible for the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements. * Responsible for the management of inventory levels, schedules, and availability of selected items, either manufactured or purchased, to meet production schedules. * Must provide accurate lead times to customer service. * Complete shipping information and delivery date input during Sale Order Reviews. * Interface with logistics, manufacturing, purchasing department, supervisors, and management on material status and production planning issues. * Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelors degree or equivalent. * 3-5 years of experience in production planning/materials control function or equivalent combination of education and experience.
