    We're looking for a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LEAD to join our US team. Preferably based in the Chicago land area, this primarily remote position will coordinate with the VP of Sales, US and the Sales Operation Manager to ensure top customer experience for K Hartwall's largest customer, a fortune 50 company.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Handle incoming sales inquiries, mainly from North American customers (across multiple time-zones)
    • Enter sales orders into the ERP system (D365), confirm and follow up orders
    • Prepare quotations as well as fill out documentation requested during tender process
    • Maintain and develop customer relationships
    • Interact with the sales, and project management teams, both domestically and internationally
    • Handling small consignments bookings by courier
    • Handle customer claims
    • Update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
    • Produce sales statistics and calculate sales commissions

    This role may also require additional support activities, depending on needs of the sales team and customers.

    OUR EXPECTATIONS:

    • BS Degree in business, communication, or similar
    • Excellent communication skills. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
    • Naturally service-minded, with a successful track record of business-to-business account management
    • Demonstrate integrity, honesty and reliability in interpersonal relations
    • Possess a positive attitude, pro-activity and structure
    • Have an ability to prioritize and manage your time accordingly
    • Be a proficient user of an ERP, CRM and Microsoft Office systems
