PRP Psychiatric Rehabilitation Team Leader Job Description

The PRP Psychiatric Rehabilitation Team Leader will assist in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of a CARF and COMAR compliant Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. They will ensure that all program operations adhere to regulatory requirements and meet the needs of the clients served.
Job Expectations:
-Assist in developing, implementing and overseeing a comprehensive PRP program that meets the needs of clients and complies with CARF and COMAR regulations.
-Ensuring that all program operations, policies, and procedures adhere to regulatory requirements and are consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
-Developing and implementing strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
-Provide supervision and support to program staff, including case managers, clinicians, and administrative staff.
-Ensure that all program operations, policies, and procedures adhere to CARF and COMAR regulations and standards.
-Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance issues.
-Conduct internal audits and prepare for external CARF surveys.
-Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality improvement program for the PRP.
-Conduct ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness and make necessary changes to improve outcomes.
-Implement best practices in psychiatric rehabilitation to ensure the highest quality of care for clients
-Ensure that all clients receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their individual needs.
-Develop and implement client care plans that address their unique goals and needs.
-Provide clinical oversight and support to program staff to ensure that clients receive evidence-based interventions.
-Establish and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
Qualifications:
-Must possess a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification.
-Knowledge of CARF and COMAR regulations and standards.
-Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
