Job Description
K&L Distributors, Inc., a wholesale beverage distributor, is currently seeking applicants for a Marketing Coordinator position in our Anchorage, Alaska office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Custom order supplies & beer POS
- Purchase dealer loaders, POS and other items as needed & reconcile orders.
- Product Trainings
- Assist with GABBF & Trade Show planning and execution.
- Manage Anchorage Calendar
- Coordinate event calendar of product and equipment requirements.
- Provide market data, sales and distribution reporting to suppliers and department managers as needed.
- Update weekly conference call sheets.
- CORE brand report
- Young's Market data
- Market Draft Surveys
- Track co-op programs; special billing and invoice reporting.
- Work with accounting to provide accurate billing to suppliers regarding their depletion allowances, incentives, and other contributions.
- Update A&P ledgers; work with accounting to ensure all information is correct and match the reconciled items on their ledger.
- Check Requests/Promotional Form approval and application to appropriate General Ledger Number
- Update CHARR magazine price file
- Update Wine Vintage Report
- Tertile scheduling with suppliers.
- Distribute/Print monthly programs, seasonal beer sheets & new product kick off packets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School or GED required. Prefer one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Problem solving skills.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point
- The ability to work well under pressure with strict deadlines is necessary.
- Must be able to multitask, be self-motivated, and be able to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
