Busy boutique law firm with an exciting caseload seeking a talented attorney of minimum 3-5 years' experience for a full-time position to make a long term commitment to a firm in which they can grow and thrive. Must be licensed attorney in California. Firm handles both business/real estate transaction and litigation matters. Litigation experience is a must. Real estate and business transaction experience is a plus. Must have excellent legal writing and research skills. Must be able to handle multiple cases simultaneously and complete projects and assignments in a timely fashion. Telecommuting available.
