Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers. The Executive Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf. Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgement and initiative. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Organizing meetings, including scheduling reminders Data Collection from MRP to XLS II.
