- 2+ years of success selling curriculum, supplemental, or assessment products into K-12 districts
- Proven experience managing a full-cycle sales process with district leaders and decision-making teams
- Strong understanding of K-12 funding, state initiatives, and the Texas education market
- Ability to conduct discovery, build strategic account plans, and navigate complex buying cycles
- Comfort collaborating across departments and delivering engaging product presentations
