As an entry-level Call Center Sales Representative, agents will educate customers regarding product knowledge and services and recommend solutions based on their needs. This requires active listening skills and the ability to ask deeper questions to address concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers 

• Demonstrate excellent active listening and problem solving skills

• Educate consumers regarding Produce Knowledge and services

• Demonstrate excellent customer service

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in the United States and be located in the United States

• Must be flexible to work the assigned schedule

• Must pass a background check

• Windows PC (Not Mac or Chromebook)

• Wired USB Headset

• Access to reliable wired high-speed internet through ethernet cable

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service
