We’re looking to hire REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENTS with a desire to make a difference.

Within our remote marketing and fundraising team, you will be working with ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL where you will raise both funds and awareness for children fighting cancer and other potentially terminal childhood diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to increase donor acquisition and retention

• Demonstrate excellent active listening and problem solving skills

• Provide excellent customer service

Technology Requirements

• PC/Laptop with Windows 8 or 10, Newer Macbooks, & Chromebooks with a USB Ethernet cord

• RAM 4GB+

• Access to reliable wired high-speed internet through ethernet cable (maximum download speeds, download speeds of 25Mbps and upload of 5Mbps or higher)

• Webcam (for training purposes)

• External Mouse

• USB Headset

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in the United States and be located in the United States

• Must be flexible to work the assigned schedule

• Must pass a background check

• Dedicated quiet place to work

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service

Training starts on Tuesday July 6, 2021.
