Job Description
We are seeking a Cyber Program Business Analyst to providestrategic advisory services with a focus on training programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide senior-level advisory services in a widerange of information security technologies and platforms.
·Work independently and in a team to providestrategic and tactical, data based, solutions and recommendations to seniorleadership.
·Provide operational assistance to programs and supportprogrammatic audits and reviews.
·Prepare oral and written correspondence andother documentation.
·Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements topolicies and procedures.
·Evaluate program requirements and assist in thedevelopment, delivery, and reporting of program to a diverse set ofstakeholders.
·Maintains records of activities, progress, andprogram effectiveness.
·Evaluate and recommend improvements to businessprocesses.
·Support strategic efforts to develop and executestakeholder engagement.
·Facilitate meetings with cross functional teams,and support coordination and scheduling of meetings.
·Perform and/or assist with special assignments.
·Work with a team of SMEs in a matrixorganization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
·Knowledgeable in the NIST Cyber SecurityFramework
·Familiarity with NIST, DISA, and DoD SecurityStandards and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes
·Understanding and experience with the FederalInformation Security Management Act (FISMA)
·Knowledge of cyber security training proceduresand techniques.
·Familiarity with learning management andlearning content management systems.
·Proficiency and experience using MicrosoftOffice and other products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI,Microsoft SharePoint, Planner, Project, and Visio to produce workflowcreations, diagrams, visualizations, reports, etc.
·Flexible and open to changing priorities andmanaging multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
·Strong aptitude to adapt and learn quickly.
·Strategic and creative thinking.
·Superior and professional written and verbalcommunications skills.
·Strong attention to detail and ability toprepare documents for senior leadership review with limited direction.
·7+ years' experience supporting informationtechnology/cyber initiatives at the programmatic, operational, or tacticallevel.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: Security+, CISSP, PMP
EDUCATION: Bachelors in Information Systems, Cyber SecurityManagement, or related field or a minimum of 10 years' of relevant industryexperience.
SECURITY CLEARANCES: Applicants selected will besubject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibilityrequirements for access to classified information, including criminalbackground investigation and good credit history.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a well-lit andtemperature-controlled office environment. In this role, there will be standardoffice equipment such as phones and computers.

LOCATION: Downtown Washington, DC, at Potomac CenterPlaza (550 12th St SW). The location is only two blocks from Smithsonian Metro(Blue/Orange/Silver) and L'Enfant Metro (Green/Yellow) stations, as well asjust three blocks VRE stop (L'Enfant) and the slug line. Telework is availableas defined by contract requirements and company policy.
