About the Role:

White Oak Baptist Church in Greenville, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing K3 Teacher to join their early childhood education team. Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for 3-year-old students in a faith-based classroom setting

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development

Incorporate Christian values and biblical principles into daily curriculum and classroom culture

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities

Manage classroom behavior using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies

Collaborate with church staff and fellow educators to support program goals and special events

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

Requirements:

Experience working with preschool or early childhood age groups (ages 3–5)

Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Strong commitment to Christian faith and values

Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with young children

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff

Ability to pass a background check as required by the church

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
