FULL TIME: Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm with some overtime. We offer: Health benefits. Paid Holidays. Weekly Pay (Fridays) $16-$18 hourly (DOE) + bonus opportunities. Paid time off/Vacation pay. Advancement Opportunities and paid training.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and are first responder on all inbound calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints while exemplifying our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Valid Texas Driver's License with a good driving record.

-Bilingual, fluent in English & Spanish.

-At least 1 year of recent customer service/sales experience.

-Professional appearance and personality.

-Reliable and able to work full time schedule with some overtime (Saturday)

-Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc., data entry)

-Excellent Multi-tasker with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

-Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
