Job Description
Ability to use Word and Excel, GMAIL and Google Calendar. Some Construction knowledge.
Attentiveness to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in an environment that is fast paced and data intensive. Handle the main clerical duties for the office, including composing and typing project correspondence, filing, data entry, updating the website, Employee Handbook, etc. Creating ads for employment and handling the new hire paperwork/process. Assist managers by priorities. Assist bookkeeper with needed info. Update and track expenses and labor for each project. (QB experience a plus.)
Current and valid driver’s license, must speak English, and have own reliable vehicle.
Hours/Days TBD. Job location is in Bastrop, Texas.
Pay day is on Fridays every week. Pay starts at $15/hr with opportunities to advance quickly.
