JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KADCON is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for commercial projects. Assistant Project Managers will work the entire project life cycle from pre-construction to close-out providing experience in pre-construction, estimating, and project management. The candidate must have strong client relationship skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a team. The successful candidate should be organized and capable of handling multiple projects. EXPERIENCE

This position is ideal for a candidate with an engineering or architecture degree or those with interest in working in the construction. The preferred candidate will receive both office and field experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in engineering, construction management or architecture is preferred

· PMI Certification is a plus

· Read and understand all construction documents (Plans, Specifications, Addendum, etc.)

· High level of computer experience

· Strong organizational and documentation skills

· Proficient in on-screen takeoffs and scoping

· Strong communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Fast learner
