Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team 'KAFK Soccer' and lead our youth teams U9 & U11 in local competitive leagues and other competition. As a Coach, you will host age-appropriate team practices and drills, to strengthen players skills, game tactics, team chemistry and growth. If you have a youth soccer coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.

Lead structured practices once or twice on weekdays

Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement

Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities

Attend games on weekends and coach the team through their match

Communicate with parents/guardians

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred

Comfortable with speaking to and educating players and parents

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required

First aid and CPR-certified

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
