    JOB OVERVIEW

    Kaizen Health is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our fast-growing team as a Business Development Associate. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal lives. This position will report to Jim Knebel, VP of Growth.

    What you'll get to do:

    • Create a fantastic first impression with prospects and customers while building a pipeline for the Kaizen Health Sales Team
    • Work closely with our Sales Team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive new business and deliver on the strategy for your region
    • Understand customer requirements and identify potential applications for Kaizen Health solutions
    • Respond to inbound requests that come in through the Kaizen Health website, the telephone and email
    • Organize and categorize sales lead information into Salesforce
    • Focus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphere
    • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

    What we are looking for:

    • KPI driven sales and lead generation experience
    • Excellent written skills and naturally articulate
    • Persuasive and naturally curious
    • Proven success in meeting monthly targets
    • Real passion for developing a career in technology sales
    • Experience with social prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients
    • Strong time management skills
    • High energy team player
    • Experience using Salesforce
    • Able to work independently; comfortable with temporary work-from-home arrangement due to COVID-19 (Note: This is ordinarily an in-person/in-office position)
