    If yes, then we are looking for you! KARE is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team!

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    The Marketing Coordinator be responsible for creating and maintaining relevant marketing materials, working with the Marketing Director to coordinate brand representation at various events, and coordinating marketing support for community and HERO acquisition. This role includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination, and creative work.

    These responsibilities will include:

    • Plan, manage, and execute projects start to finish
    • Facilitate direct mail campaigns across company
    • Oversee online company store, storage, and shipments vendor
    • Coordinate all deliverables and staff participation for KARE's purchased sponsorships and events (online summits, webinars, speaking engagements)
    • Work with cross-functional teams to help coordinate tradeshow activities
    • Collect staff and event photos, serve as go-to for team when approved photos/logos/videos are needed
    • Establish and maintain data asset management
    • Research, recommend, and procure giveaways
    • Gather performance results from ad reps, compile, and share with stakeholders
    • Promote and protect the KARE brand with internal and external teams and other duties as assigned
    • Make updates to the website as needed

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing
    • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure rapidly changing environment
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Availability to work long hours during peak periods
    • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
    • Previous experience in senior living or a high tech start up is a plus
    • This role will be remote and requires up to 25% travel
