    The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire organization's day-to-day systems and procedures. Applicants should be thoughtful leaders, highly technologically skilled, and excellent communicators, who handle problems with finesse and can manage concurrent projects skillfully. We are looking for a team member who has excellent management and organization skills, exceptional communication skills, pays close attention to detail, and is a fast learner. The Director of Operations’s responsibilities is in the following areas: operations & administration, accounting & finance, and agent support & training. This role will be both maintaining current processes and strategies as well as developing growth strategies. Responsibilities: • Train and manage the KASE Real Estate’s administrative staff and Associates • Conduct performance reviews of administrative staff • Align with the CEO’s vision including company quarterly and annual goals • Research competition and develop business and marketing strategies • Track office expenses, manage basic bookkeeping and monthly budget • Oversee all office bookkeeping including accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Ensure that the KASE Real Estate culture is in alignment with the mission and vision • Lead, implement and manage all aspects of KASE Real Estate operations, including accounting, marketing, agent support, tech support, compliance and facilities • Purchase, lease and maintain office equipment, technology, and office supplies • Work closely with the CEO in promoting KASE Real Estate growth and productivity • Plan yearly, monthly, weekly events, training, workshops, etc. • Manage facilities (all branches): point of contact to Landlord for all maintenance and lease • issues, issue office keys and access cards to appropriate parties, manage security systems, etc.Consult and advise agents on KASE Real Estate policies, procedures and culture • Provide and explain all necessary paperwork at time of new Associate sign-up • Process all Associates’ exit and transfer paperwork Qualifications: • 3-7 years of experience in direct leadership or management role overseeing teams • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management within the real estate field highly preferred • Strong organizational and communication (written/verbal) skills • Strong proficiency in developing and integrating new processes and finding solutions to optimize business • Excellent time management skills to oversee both high-level and low-level projects • Experience in holding team members accountable to their goals • Experience in cultivating team culture Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
