Job Description

The Store Manager’s role with Käthe Wohlfahrt is being responsible for the daily operations, including overseeing the retail business, processes, and staff. Job responsibilities include:

• Recruit, hire, and train staff
• Coach and give team feedback to create high level of customer service within the tent
• Manage payroll and scheduling, while remaining within store payroll budget
• Effectively manage customer service issues
• Create an engaged team through staff meetings and contests
• Manage receiving and inventory processes
• Create and uphold excellent visual displays and standards
• Ability to work and stand in a busy retail environment for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 25lbs and team lift 50lbs
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Prefer 3-5 years of previous retail or supervisory experience
