    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Phones, Manage Purchase orders, receive materials, manage emails, write up Certified mail preliminary notices, manage filing, archive and current, Order office supplies, organize file cabinets and keep conference room and kitchen break room neat, Process incoming materials an match invoices, maintain, logs and master files. process closed files, close up shop at end of day. Special projects for the boss.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Microsoft Office experience
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Must like people
