SCHOOL ATTENDANT – PART TIME

We are looking for a Part-Time School Attendant who is responsible, under the direction of the Mother Rice Center Director, for assisting the faculty in day-to-day drop-off/pick up procedures for the school. 

A summary of the School Attendant responsibilities: 

 ·        Assists in the morning greetings of children and their parents, escorting children to and from the parking lot/family to and from the correct classroom. 

 ·        Assists, at all times, all faculty and staff members in the general care and supervision of children, both during indoor and outdoor, ensuring their health and safety. 

 ·        Works to promote positive parents and public relations; and to interact supportively and constructively with all faculty, staff, children, and parents. 

 ·        Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 

 ·        Must successfully pass DHS Criminal History Check, medical clearances, and all subsequent annual checks, as required. 

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour Hours of work: Mon – Fri 7:00 am - 9:30 am
