JOB SETTING DESCRIPTION
This is a clerical position. Manufacturing skincare products. The position is in a lab, you will be required to either stand or sit for a long period of time. Cleaning the surrounding area of the lab. Assisting Stability Technicians. Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write very clearly in order to communicate with employees and or customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES LIST
Lifting up to 30 lbs. Login all finished good and bulk micro samples. Preparing and shipping micro samples as requested. filing finished goods. Filing paperwork. Stage weekly folders for planning manufacturing batches. Prepare batch histories as required by QA. Preparing new batch cards. Must have strong communication and computer skills. Must be extremely organized and able to multi task. Follow direction with minimal supervision. Excel and Word skilled. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
