    Job Description

    KDL Enterprises, Inc. is a family- and woman-owned building materials company that specializes in manufacturing customized railing systems and skylights for our Pacific Northwest clients.  We are seeking an Office Manager responsible for overseeing daily office and human resources activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Handles the bookkeeping for the company, including managing the accounting software (Sage 100), accounts payable/accounts receivable.

    Facilitates and oversee all aspects of communication and administration of corporate accounts.

    Performs all aspects of human resources such as hiring, onboarding, compensation, payroll, benefit administration, procedures, personnel issues, and managing records.

    Review and recommends policy and procedure updates in compliance with federal and state employment regulations.

    Coordinates and monitors office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis.

    Ensures the efficient operation of all office equipment; arranges routine and necessary maintenance when required.

    Maintains the office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.

    Coordinates and oversee the completion of special projects as needed.

    Skills:

    Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Excellent organizational management skills.

    General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

    Keen attention to detail.

    Software: Microsoft Office, Sage 100, Salesforce

    5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
