You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms - Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Excel, and Teams Platforms.

MUST HAVE Requirements!

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, handling physical goods.
• Familiarity with production and shipping processes for physical goods
• Strong customer service skills for addressing customer needs over the phone or electronically
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Located near Columbus, Ohio to allow for potential on-site work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for potential local travel

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Must be able to come into the Franklin County, Ohio office  - 3 days at the office – 2 days remote.
