    Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Construction/Plumbing Sales Representative to join our highly successful team. This role is pivotal in engaging with clients through both inbound and outbound calls, consulting on a diverse range of plumbing products and services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to surpass goals in a supportive and positive workplace environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client interactions via phone, email, and text, handling tasks such as coding, order entry, and issue resolution, typical of an account manager or inside sales role.
    • Navigate the company's systems effectively, working on pricing strategies and profit margins, with a solid understanding of financial concepts such as multipliers.
    • Address customer inquiries, often deciphering vague or incomplete information to fulfill orders accurately.
    • Meet tight deadlines, managing a high volume of orders, particularly in the late afternoon, to ensure same-day shipping.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven industry experience in sales or a related field.
    • Minimum of one year of direct sales experience.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in the plumbing industry.
    • High proficiency with computer systems.
