    Position Title: Business Development Analyst
    Location: Midtown, NYC - Onsite 

    This is an amazing opportunity to join a premier global financial services firm. The Business Development will work with an established team of financial advisors servicing high-net-worth clients. We are looking for someone whose focus is to become a Financial Advisor within the team. The role will be incorporated into a 30-month program that includes individual, group, and self-learning. Success requires talented people who are excited about being team players and can apply critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making outgoing contact with clients and prospective clients.

    CRITICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

    • 1-3 years of related work experience
    • Previous sales experience preferred
    • Must have Series 7 and 66 required within 4 months of the start date
    • Working with Financial Advisors to identify prospective clients; develop target pipelines, contact prospective clients, and schedule meetings with pipelines to initiate new business
    • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, take initiative, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, and be prepared to transition into a commission-based sales role
    • Entrepreneurial, motivated, and willing to be coached
