Job Description
Vero Beach management company seeking a Payroll and Accounting Specialist. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with an understanding of basic accounting concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as well as strong computer skills. Great opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing vendor invoices
- Contacting vendors for invoices via email and phone
- Reviewing vendor statements
- Some Accounts Receivable functions, light collections, billing, cash receipts
- Processing Payroll for 5 small companies
- Benefit coordination and application (401k, health, dental, vision, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Organized, self starter with the ability to work in fast paced environment
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a MUST
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Understanding of accounting concepts
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- MAS 200 experience a big plus
