Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including answering billing questions and taking payments.

Collaborate with coworkers and agency partners to resolve clients' concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

Remain customer focused.

Qualifications

Bilingual - Spanish preferred
