Responsibilities: • The Senior Attorney shall perform legal services including legal research; drafting agreements, resolutions, memos, motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery, documents provided by parties, etc. • The Senior Attorney shall appear on behalf of and advocate for clients as necessary • The Senior Attorney may also conduct initial consultations with prospective clients and serve as the principal contact between the Firm and its clients • When delegated by the Partners, the Senior Attorney may prospect for new clients through marketing, networking, writing articles, and speaking engagements Qualifications: • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Member of state and local bar associations in good standing • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) Compensation: $150,000 yearly
