KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a WEB DEVELOPER/DESIGNER to manage the maintenance, design, development, and implementation of multiple websites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Website Design and Development
- Website and SEO Tracking and Analysis
- Website Maintenance and Enhancement
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop websites; collaborate with IT and marketing staff to plan, develop, and enhance features that meet established business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on sites to make data-driven recommendations for new features and functionality.
- Analyze the effectiveness of websites and SEO statistics to accurately track, communicate, and provide recommendations on traffic, usage rates, visibility, and awareness.
- Recommend changes or updates based on website and data analysis and research.
- Maintain websites, including routine updates and edits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, education, and related training.
- 3+ years of Drupal web development experience, including D8/D9.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- HubSpot marketing automation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Wireframing / rapid prototyping tools experience (Figma, Sketch, Lunacy, etc.).
- Effective project management skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proven ability to establish priorities, take initiative, work under time constraints, and execute sound business judgment.
- Authorization to work for any US employer without current or future sponsorship
