OVERVIEW
RESUME SCREENING
We review your current resume and communicate with you to find out the best fitted position. Accordingly you can move forward for the training or marketing process.
ONLINE TRAINING
You will be going through online live interactive sessions in a virtual classroom. The training is flexible which allows you to get the training for a specific skill and in case if you miss out any class you will be getting recordings in your drop box to practice and catch-up.
ASSIGNMENT
You get the assignments after each class which you complete and submit in the next class. Your mentor notices if you have any weaker side specifically with programming problems, accordingly creates a personalized assignment for you to work on. It also saves time from relearning every single concept; instead you get to work on personalized curriculum.
1-ON-1 SESSION
If you are curious about any topic or you have noted some questions then you and your mentor will have a 1-on-1 discussion during weekend, whenever you are free to work on those notes. And after the discussion you implement those notes into your resume.
DEMO PROJECT
You just finished the training and ready with the skill-set. Now you work on a demo project to gain some hands-on experience and understand the real-time work environment.
RESUME WRITING
Our professional resume writing team will guide you on how customize and make some appropriate changes with bullet points and unique keywords to stand out from the crowd. If you need any additional experience you already have the hands-on project experience on input from the hiring managers about what they like to see in candidate’s profile and if you have great projects we will present them in the most impressive way possible.
WORKSHOP
Based on your new professional resume you will go through a 3 days’ workshop for the 1-on-1 or group mock interview sessions to practice and gain confidence. You would learn how to nail your elevator pitch and clearly articulate your answers. And if you are going for coding your mentor will specially invest time in training you on how to ace even the hardest of problem-solving challenges.
RESUME SUBMISSION
You are ready to face the client’s interview. So we will share the requirements with you mentioning the client’s name, location, billing rate and with your conformation we will submit your profile and schedule a interview with the hiring manager.
