Job Summary: As an Infant Teacher at KELC, you'll play a crucial role in caring for our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating a safe and loving environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities:

Create lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate for infant and toddler development levels

Document infant and toddler learning experiences through displays and pictures

Maintain positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis

Create a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers

Facilitate and maintain childcare licensing standards

Work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a licensed child care facility, preschool, or similar setting

Strong verbal communication skills with an upbeat personality, comfortable speaking with parents

Energetic, nurturing, and positive with a child-friendly personality

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

High school diploma

Must pass Fingerprints/Background Check
